Divine Love

Divine love expands the experience of who we are in our essential nature – the experience of the inner Self. The inner Self is pure love in its essential nature. The inner Self is one with God. We have only forgotten who we are. We have forgotten that the entrance to the inner heaven is within us. We have only forgotten the pathway to the inner shrine. Divine love unveils the gateway to eternity. It breathes forth light, freedom, peace and joy. Divine love enables us to love all living beings and all expressions of life. Our ability to love expands more and more until we can embrace the farthest reaches of the universe. This is the gift of Divine Love.

Divine love is an expression of love and devotion to God. This experience develops gradually as pure consciousness becomes more established in the midst of our daily activity. When the full infusion of Being has been gained in Cosmic Consciousness, then one becomes increasingly capable of perceiving the inner divine reality of life.

Maharishi says:

“Love of God is the greatest virtue that a man can ever cultivate, and through that develops the love for the creation of God, for the children of God: kindness, compassion, tolerance, and helpfulness to others emanate when the love of God grows in the heart.”

When one becomes established in the state of God Consciousness, then the experience of divine love becomes a living reality.

“The world is the Divine made active, everything rising as a wave on the eternal ocean of bliss consciousness Every perception, the sound of every word, the touch of every particle, and the smell of whatever may be, brings a tidal wave from the ocean of eternal bliss. Every rising thought, word or action is a rising of the tide of blissEternity pervades every moment of transitory existence. Life is ultimately fulfilled only when cosmic consciousness is centered in devotion to GodTo feel this love in oneself is to possess immutable happiness.”
